We handle commercial disputes, land and environment cases, insurance law, employment and labour matters, debt recovery, procurement disputes, family and succession law, tort and negligence claims, and administrative law matters. 

Yes. We offer pre-business establishment tax advice, assist with EPZ-related tax matters, handle tax due diligence, secure exemptions, and represent clients in tax litigation. 

Our Nairobi office is led by Victor Ochieng Arika, Advocate, and the Kisumu office is headed by Ilse Leisa Awinda, Advocate. 

Yes. We serve clients across Kenya and internationally, with capacity for national and cross-border engagements. 

We run a proactive client care program, hold regular feedback meetings, and tailor our services to be result-oriented, cost-effective, and user-friendly. 

We charge in accordance with the Advocates Remuneration Order. We also offer retainer arrangements on agreed fixed rates, with flexibility depending on the complexity and volume of work. 

Yes. We are covered by a professional indemnity insurance policy covering a worldwide geographical area.
